One of our clients, an important retail Brand specialized in Fast Fashion for Young Woman in full expansion and located in Casablanca. With European Style and composed by an International team is looking for a:
Assistant Visual Merchandiser- Casablanca
We are looking for a Windows Dresser-Visual Merchandiser in PILOT STORE Which mais responsibilities are:
-Creation and supervision of the shop windows display and store image.
-Develop of the visual merchandising and shop window display at the pilot store.
-Coordinate with Creative Director and Product Team de product display
-Plan of weekly visits to the stores. -Daily tracking of the stores through pictures sent by the team.
-A strong understanding of a customer service driven culture & how different locations can achieve excellent results.
-Understanding of the retail fashion industry in Spain and an awareness of contemporary trends and competitor’s influences and how to apply it in other markets.
-Creates a culture within the region that facilitates high performance.
-Experience in working in international environment and with multidisciplinary teams (Design, Buying, Visual merchandising).
-Ability to understand the link between visual merchandising and its impact on sales.
Perfil
- University Degree or Certificate
- Experience of at least 3-4 years as visual merchandising and shop window display in PILOT STORE
- Important organisation skills with and effective leadership style that brings out the best in your team
- Pro-active, highly professional with the ability to operate in an ever changing environment and to deal with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt to different environments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Availability to move actual residence to Casablanca, Morocco in a permanent way.
